Energy-Saving Technology: The DDL-8700-7 comes with the new model control box and a compact servomotor, significantly reducing energy consumption. The control box is resistant to voltage fluctuations, noise, and vibration. It even has an energy-saving mode, reducing power usage during standby time by approximately 25% compared to its predecessor.
Production Support Functions: The machine offers two different operation panels (CP-18A and CP-180A), both equipped with production support features. These functions include:
Target No. of Products Display: Shows the target and actual number of products produced based on work hours.
Sewing Machine Availability Display: Indicates average sewing machine availability in previous and current cycles.
Pitch Time Display: Displays average process machining time.
Average Speed of Stitch Display: Shows accumulated stitch speed.
Bobbin Counter Function: Notifies the operator when the bobbin thread needs replacement, ensuring uninterrupted sewing.
Reliable Thread Trimming Mechanism: The DDL-8700-7 swiftly and reliably trims threads, enhancing overall sewing efficiency.
